I’m Dr. Rachel Lauber, a licensed clinical psychologist in Santa Monica with over 25 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life’s many transitions.​

 

My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I offer a space where you can feel deeply understood while learning practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.​
